Role Overview:

As a Loan Officer Intern, you will play an integral role in the loan application process, assisting with loan assessments, customer interactions, and ensuring smooth operations within your assigned district. You will gain hands-on experience in the fintech sector and build your skills in loan processing, customer service, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess loan applications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Guide customers through the loan application process, answering questions and ensuring clarity.
Conduct thorough due diligence on loan applicants, including credit assessments and verification.
Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Evaluate customer eligibility and recommend appropriate loan products.
Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, customers, and key stakeholders.
Promote the company’s products and services to potential customers in your district.
Ensure timely loan disbursements and repayment collection.
Provide feedback and insights to the team for process improvements and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• A keen interest in finance, customer service, and digital lending.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• A deep understanding of your district’s market and customer needs.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and loan processing is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
