Job Opportunity: Vehicle Maintenance Manager – Mazda Bongo F8 Engine
Location: Central Poultry, Malawi
Central Poultry Ltd, the largest poultry producer in Malawi, is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Vehicle Maintenance Manager to oversee the servicing and maintenance of our fleet, specifically Mazda Bongo F8 Engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely servicing and preventive maintenance of vehicles as per schedule.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections to prevent breakdowns.
Maintain an organized stock of spare parts and ensure timely ordering of spare parts.
Diagnose and attend to vehicle breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and maintenance staff.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in maintaining and servicing Mazda Bongo-F8 Engine
Strong knowledge of spare parts management and procurement.
Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues efficiently.
Experience in preventive maintenance planning to reduce vehicle failures.
A highly active and hands-on approach to fleet maintenance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
