We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team to contribute to our growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities with potential customers in the end user computing (EUC) market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored end-user computing solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our EUC products and services.
  • Act as a technical expert during pre-sales engagements, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyze customer needs and align them with appropriate EUC solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to gather technical requirements and provide guidance on product configurations.
  • Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and recommend enhancements for optimal end-user experiences.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our EUC product suite and communicate its value proposition effectively to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve product features and functionality.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with the support team to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers post-sale, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Business Management or related field.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies such as Microsoft and ITIL are a plus.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-user computing technologies, operating systems, office IT equipment and cloud computing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
