Job Opportunity: Technical Advisor – Public Procurement and Contract Management
GIZ Malawi is seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor for the Strengthening Public Financial and Economic Management (PFEM) program in Malawi. This role involves supporting key stakeholders in public procurement and contract management, advising on reforms, and strengthening the implementation of procurement audits. You will also assist in capacity-building, digitalization efforts, and contribute to policy development.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in public procurement and contract management
- A degree in public administration or procurement
- Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply certification
- Experience in e-procurement and oversight institutions
