About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Security Training Officers to join our team! As the Security Training Officers to the security institution under Lion Cage Global Holdings plays a crucial role in designing, delivering and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of individuals or groups. They work in various settings including corporate, educational, and non-profit organisations.

The personnel will be working closely with Hrm, and Operations managers to develop their skills, routine the training process, meeting the time frame.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment: Identify training needs through surveys, interviews and observations.
• Course Design: Create engaging and interactive training content including manuals presentations and online modules..
• Training Delivery: Delivery training programs through various methods such as classroom instructions, online webinars and on- the- Job coaching.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness gather feedback and make recommendations for the improvement.
• Training Materials Development: Develop and maintain materials including manuals, guidelines and Job aids.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one –on-one coaching and mentoring to support learners in applying new skills and knowledge
• Training Records Management: Maintain accurate records of training activities including attendance, evaluation and certification

 

Requirements:

• Should have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in training, teaching, or related field and relevant certifications e.g. CPTM, CTT.
• Proficient in report writing and working as a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds stand for long periods and work in various weather condition.
• Proficiency in training software such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and multimedia tools.
• Ability to analyse training needs design effective training solutions and troubleshout issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of Malawi School Certificate of education
• Certification in training courses such as CTP, COTP or CPLP.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages
• Experience with E-learning designing and delivering online training programs.
