About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Managers to join our operations team! As an Operations Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for running business operations like implementing the company policies, program management, and critical decision-making. However, modern organizations in all industries also use a variety of operations management software tools to help them retain a competitive advantage, carry out the operations strategy, and meet the needs of customer demand from both individuals (residential) industrial sites, government institutions and private entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the company operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Managing the company systems ie registration of new recruited staff, ensure that they bank account for salaries processing and deployment.
- Managing day-to-day operations as well as the operations supervision team and operations department is up to date.
- Ensuring that organizational processes remain legally compliant with regulations and standards
- Maintaining and enforcing health and safety guidelines
- Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and allocating resources to help meet business and strategic goals
- Investigation skills for incident and reporting to police
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and employees
- Negotiating contracts agreements with clients to obtain the best pricing
- Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service delivery and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Should have strong problem –solving and analytical skills.
- 5-7 years of working experience in Security Business Management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- ICT knowledge is added advantage.
- Guards management skill.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Banchelor’s Degree or Diploma in Security Studies, Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
- Experience with software and systems for deployment process and reporting system.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
