About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Security Escorting Guards to join our team! As the Security Escorting Guards to the Lion Cage Courier Services under Lion Cage Global Holdings plays a crucial role in escorting the courier vehicles, ensure caring of customers or institutions parcels, handling and timely delivery of the parcels to the correct points in the country wide.
The personnel will be working closely with truck drivers, loaders to develop their skills, behavior and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking Loading and Offloading process: Ensure that the loading process is done with valid and proper documents for proper handling to the office recipients and clients.
- Records keeping: Make sure that the entire parcel loaded into the track and offloaded at the delivery point are recorded accordingly in the security delivery book for future records purposes.
- Controlling unauthorized passengers: S/he will be responsible to restrict that there is no any unauthorized passenger boarding into the vehicle.
- Reporting un necessary behavior: Responsible to report any misbehavior done by either the truck driver or loaders for proper delivery of parcels
Requirements:
- Should have strong communication, trust worthy and integrity.
- 2+ years of experience in such parcel escorts to ensure maximum security.
- Proficient in report writing and working as a team.
- Able to lift 50 pounds stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of Malawi School Certificate of education
- Strong-minded bodyguards and able to handle the incidents with written reports.
- Good management of parcels to responsible officers for all collecting and delivery points.
- Security knowledge is so essential
