Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager in both our Blantyre and Lilongwe offices to manage our sales initiative and drive revenue growth in the highly competitive Hospitality Industry.

Job Summary:

The Ideal candidate must have a Chartered Institute of Marketing Certification (CIM) and proven experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality sector. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract guests, and maximize revenue through innovative marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
• Identify and establish partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients and event organizers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and optimize hotel promotions, advertising and public relations efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales and Marketing team to achieve business goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and sales performance.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between the marketing, sales and operations teams.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and Marketing within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, guest engagement strategies, and corporate sales.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet sales targets.
