Position: Personal Assistant to Technical Director

Purpose of the Job
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office of the Technical Director and the Technical Department management.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Technical Director and other managers.
- Organize and manage schedules to optimize time management.
- Handle communication, including phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate technical department staff leave and overtime in collaboration with section managers.
- Manage office supplies and daily consumables for the Technical Director’s office.
- Organize travel arrangements for foreign consultants and technicians, including invitations, travel, and accommodation.
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Management plus MSCE.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
Key Competencies
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and track commitments.
- Clear communication skills (both oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
