About the Role:
PayChangu is looking for a smart, organized, and energetic Personal Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. If you are proactive and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!
Location: Blantyre, Malawi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings Handle communications (emails, calls, messages)
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements
- Assist in personal errands and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Support business operations where needed
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a PA or Administrative Assistant (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Email, WhatsApp, Google Suite, etc.)
