The Makazi Foundation is on a mission to empower youth and vulnerable communities across Malawi through mental health support, holistic education, and skills development.

Founded on the belief that no one should be left behind, we work to provide safe spaces, essential knowledge, and practical tools that help young people rise above poverty, trauma, and limited opportunity.

We’re Looking For People Who:

• Hold a degree in a relevant field

• Have at least 3 years of experience in their respective area

• Bring a strong passion for youth empowerment and community development

• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively

• Take initiative, lead with integrity, and go the extra mile

• Understand what it means to work in a purpose-driven, grassroots, and impact-focused environment
