1. Chef (4)
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Diploma in Food production, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or fine dining restaurant. Those with a lower qualification (certificate) should have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines, food preparation techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality, well-plated dishes in line with Linde Hotel’s standards.
- Food preparation, cooking, and plating excellently and consistently.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
- Introducing innovative dishes while managing food costs.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and control wastage.

2. Pastry Chef (1)
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Diploma in Food production, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a hotel, bakery and restaurant. Those with a lower qualification (certificate) should have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in baking techniques, pastry decoration, and dessert presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all baked items.
- Innovate and introduce new pastry recipes and dessert concepts.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop dessert menus that complement the main dishes.
Key Qualities:
- Attention to detail and precision in pastry crafting.
- Strong creativity and artistic skills in presentation and decoration.

3. Waiter/Waitress (1)
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- A Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.
- Set up and clean tables, ensuring the dining area remains tidy.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in recommending menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the dining area.

4. Receptionist (2)
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- A Diploma in Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service representative in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle guest reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage room reservations, availability, and pricing inquiries.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handling bookings and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures, ensuring guest security and confidentiality.
Key Qualities:
