1. Food and Beverages Manager
Skills and Qualifications
- A Degree / Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage Management.
- Experience in fine dining service will be an added advantage.
- At least 4years work experience in a diverse restaurant services offering space.
- Strong knowledge of Hotel Accountancy, Stocks and Cost Control management.
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
- Wide knowledge of the hospitality industry.
2. Head Chef
Job Skills & Qualifications.
- Advanced diploma in Culinary Studies or Food Production.
- Self- starter and quick learner in food-related curriculum and training techniques.
- At least 5 years’ experience and exposure to international dishes and food service.
- Ability to demonstrate adequate knowledge of food preparation regulations and standards.
- Ability to manage a professional kitchen and other culinary staff
3. Chefs
Skills and Qualifications
- A diploma in Professional Cookery or Food Production.
- At least 3 years’ experience in preparation of international dishes and fast foods.
- Ability to adapt to emerging cooking methods and menus.
- Ability to use hotel kitchen equipment and cutlery.
4. Housekeepers
Job Skills & Qualifications.
- Certificate in Hotel Operations or Accommodation Operations.
- At least 2 years experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper in a hospitality establishment.
- Reasonable knowledge of spoken and written English language.
- A 3rd eye for attention to details.
5. Waiter/Waitress
Job Skills & Qualifications.
- Certificate in Hotel Management, Front Office Operations, sales or marketing.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a waiter in a reasonably busy restaurant.
- Reasonable command of spoken and written English language.
- Promptness of action and engagement with guests.
- Ability to process payments and ensure accuracy in handling cash and card transactions.
6. Receptionist/Front Office Operator
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Front Office Operations, sales or marketing.
- At least 3 experience in front office and guest reservations management.
- Reasonable command of spoken and written English language.
- Excellent customers service and relationship management.
- Ability to use hotel management software package to process bookings and payments.
