Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Motor Vehicle Parts Salesman to join our dynamic team at HTD Limited. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive parts sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for selling vehicle parts, assisting customers, and ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers regarding automotive parts and accessories.
• Identify and recommend the right parts based on customer needs and vehicle specifications.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, including inventory checks and special orders.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current parts inventory, vehicle models, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with stock management, restocking, and organizing parts displays.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, systems, and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Proven experience in using sales software, inventory management systems, and point-of-sale
  systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and handling customer concerns.
• A valid driver’s license.

Preferred

• Experience with parts sourcing, ordering, and vendor relations.
• Knowledge of aftermarket parts, repair services, and automotive trends.
