Casino Marina Blantyre is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Duties:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Manage social media platforms and digital content to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate events, tournaments, and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Work with management to develop and distribute promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance and customer feedback.
Reception Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about promotions, events, and services.
- Manage the front desk, and direct guests appropriately.
- Maintain guest records and support the daily operations of the front office.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
