Key Responsibilities

Marketing Duties:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Manage social media platforms and digital content to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Coordinate events, tournaments, and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Work with management to develop and distribute promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and customer feedback.

Reception Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about promotions, events, and services.
• Manage the front desk, and direct guests appropriately.
• Maintain guest records and support the daily operations of the front office.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
