About the Role

 

The Inventory Data Coordinator will execute inventory data management and processing. You will play an important role in data quality control and inventory data reconciliations across our warehouses. You will report to the Logistics lead. You will manage 3 Inventory data supervisors.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.

  • Analyze inventory trends and metrics to inform business decisions.

  • Ensure data security and access controls are in place to protect sensitive inventory information.

  • Coordinating with the warehouse team, the inventory counts across warehouses by ensuring the inventory process is implemented seamlessly and data is reported timely and accurately;

  • Monitoring the inventory levels by ensuring the weekly inventory reports are accurately updated.

  • Coordinate and lead inventory reconciliations for all inventory systems

  • Support in design and development of inventory management systems;

  • Support the Logistics leadership in all inventory related projects in which your expertise will be .

  • Supporting your directs reports to perform their duties successfully.

  • Follow up on all actions related to the Indicators & Controls compliance to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

 

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory data management or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.

  • Experience with inventory management software and systems.

  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
