LEGAL PRACTITIONER
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and handle legal matters of the firm
- Handling cases (litigation)
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents or instruments
- Reviewing and providing legal advice on various legal documents and instruments
- Conducting research on legal issues
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Managing Partner.
Qualification
Applicants must be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in law obtained from accredited institution
and must be admitted to the BAR.
