Job Summary:

Millennium University seeks highly motivated and knowledgeable Lecturers for full-time positions across the disciplines listed above. Ideal candidates will bring a strong teaching pedigree and a proven track record in academia.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver high-quality lectures and supervise practical sessions in your area of expertise.

– Develop and enhance curriculum content ensuring it meets the required academic standards.

– Grade student work promptly and provide clear, constructive feedback.

– Engage in scholarly research and contribute to your field through publications and conference presentations.

– Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and contribute to faculty research.

– Participate in faculty meetings, development seminars, and contribute to the university’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

– A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline.

– Demonstrated excellence in teaching and academic advisement.

– Strong communication and organizational skills.

– Experience with course development and the use of technology in education.

– A commitment to inclusive and student-focused teaching practices.

Desirable Attributes:

– Publication record in peer-reviewed journals.

– Familiarity with online learning platforms and blended learning techniques.

– Proven experience in mentorship and pastoral care of students.
