Lead – Geomarketing, Research & Analytics

The Lead Geomarketing, Research and Analytics will be responsible for leveraging geographic data and spatial analysis to support strategic decision-making in customer acquisition, network expansion, and market penetration. This role will play a critical part in driving data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
    • Conduct geospatial analysis to identify high-potential market areas.
    • Analyze customer demographics, behavior patterns, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
    • Develop targeted campaigns based on geographic data to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Network Expansion Support:
    • Assist in identifying optimal locations for network infrastructure expansion.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to assess site viability and forecast customer demand.
    • Support in site planning business cases and bridging the Technicals and commercials
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and visualize geographic and demographic data.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
    • Maintain a GIS database and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align geomarketing strategies with business objectives.
    • Provide insights to support pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track the effectiveness of geomarketing initiatives.
    • Recommend improvements based on performance data and market feedback.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in geomarketing, data analysis, or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
