Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Loan Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing loan portfolio by identifying potential clients, taking them through Financial literacy training, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring timely loan repayments.

Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and recruit potential individuals and group loan clients.
•Conduct credit appraisals and financial assessments for loan applicants.
•Facilitate loan disbursement and ensure proper documentation.
•Monitor loan performance and follow up on repayments.
•Provide financial literacy training and support to clients.
•Maintain strong relationships with clients and community leaders.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
•Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•Experience in microfinance, group lending, or a related field is an added advantage.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and meet targets.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
•Must be willing to travel within assigned regions.
