Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare a variety of high-quality dishes according to our menu
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared in a timely and hygienic manner
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role
• Culinary degree or professional training preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food and attention to detail.
