Location: Lilongwe or Blantyre, Malawi

Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Country Manager

Your Mission:

You’ll be the digital heartbeat of our marketing efforts — crafting campaigns, growing our online presence, and building meaningful engagement with our audience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email, paid ads)
• Manage and grow Oraimo Malawi’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Collaborate with creative and sales teams to create engaging and on-brand content
• Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics
• Identify digital trends and explore new growth opportunities
• Engage with influencers, ambassadors, and brand communities
• Oversee the local e-commerce platform performance and promotions

You Might Be the One If You:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Are fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools
• Know your way around content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
• Have a strong understanding of social media trends in Malawi and across Africa
• Are analytical, creative, and super organized
• Thrive in a fast-paced, youthful, and collaborative environment
• Bonus: Experience with e-commerce and affiliate marketing
