Internship Details:
Position: Customer Care Representative Intern
Duration: 3 Months (May 2025 – July 2025)
Location: Lilongwe – Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and in-person communication.
● Act as the first point of contact for driver and partner concerns, addressing operational or app-related issues promptly.
● Conduct regular training sessions for drivers and partners to familiarize them with company policies, app updates, and customer service best practices.
● Provide timely resolutions to customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
● Educate customers about using the system and the ride-hailing service effectively.
● Collaborate with the operations team to address service-related issues.
● Assist in creating customer-focused initiatives to improve the overall experience.
● Track and analyze customer feedback to recommend service improvements.
● Assist new drivers and partners in completing the onboarding process, including documentation, app setup, and orientation sessions.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and partners by regularly engaging with them and addressing their needs to ensure long-term collaboration.
What We Are Looking For:
● A background in Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
● Exceptional communication skills in Chichewa and English (Swahili and French are a bonus).
● Demonstrated capability to handle urgent issues or conflicts with calmness and efficiency, especially in high-pressure situations.
● Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and communication for both drivers and customers.
● Proficiency in business tools (MS Office or Google Workspace, CRM).
● A customer-first mindset and a passion for teamwork.
● The ability to conduct engaging and informative training sessions for drivers and partners, ensuring they understand processes and expectations.
