Commissioned Sales Agents

Locations: Blantyre and Lilongwe

We are looking for energetic and suitably qualified individuals to join our growing team as Commissioned Sales Agents. These individuals will operate in Blantyre and Lilongwe, offering professional sales agency services under the guidance of the Life Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and sell group funeral insurance products from LifeCo’s product portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records of policies introduced.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to support business growth and retention.
• Ensure policies sold remain active through timely premium payments, while adhering to company quality standards.
• Participate in weekly performance review meetings with the Life Manager.
• Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Creativity and innovation in a dynamic business environment.
• Self-motivation and a strong passion for sales and business development.
• Computer literacy.
• Good understanding of Malawi’s business landscape.
• Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) is a minimum requirement.
• A Diploma in any business-related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a sales role.
• Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
