Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu standards
- Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff
- Stay updated with food trends and new techniques
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A passion for cooking and creativity in food preparation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
