Sales and Marketing Interns (x2)

Bof electronic security systems is a fast-growing ICT and electronic security systems company in Malawi. We design, install and service electronic security systems such as security alarms, Biometric Access control, Time & attendance management, CCTV systems, gate automation, electric fencing, intercoms and power backup among others

Bof electronic security systems is looking for energetic Sales and marketing interns to join the company. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Responsibilities

• “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, presentations etc)
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
• Attend a weekly performance monitoring meeting with the Team Leader
• Achieving set targets according to the company standards.

Requirements and skills

• At least Diploma in Business/Marketing or related
• Proven sales experience, at least 2 years a degree is a plus
• Must be a Blantyre resident and female candidates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven
