POST : Assistant Administrative Officer
GRADE : K/M8)
LOCATION: Karonga DHO
DUTIES
- Assists in the management of administrative functions, including records management and correspondence.
- Supervises clerical and administrative staff.
- Facilitates the implementation of council policies and decisions.
- Coordinates meetings and provides secretarial support for council committees.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and files for office management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
