Local Government Service Commission is inviting applications from suitably qualified Malawians for the following vacancies existing at Karonga District Council.

POST : Assistant Administrative Officer
GRADE : K/M8)
LOCATION: Karonga DHO

DUTIES

  • Assists in the management of administrative functions, including records management and correspondence.
  • Supervises clerical and administrative staff.
  • Facilitates the implementation of council policies and decisions.
  • Coordinates meetings and provides secretarial support for council committees.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and files for office management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
