Location: Blantyre & Lilongwe, Malawi

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of high-profile projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models using advanced tools (Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper, etc.).
• Engage in research and experimentation to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
• Communicate design ideas effectively through sketches, renderings, and presentations.
• Ensure projects align with Milanzi Group’s design philosophy, technical standards, and client
  expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience in an architectural practice, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design.
• Proficiency in parametric design, computational tools, and BIM (Grasshopper, Revit, Rhino preferred).
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in all project phases, from concept to construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
