Reporting to: Agronomy Finance & Treasury Manager
Role: Permanent
Purpose
This position ensures the implementation and execution of a comprehensive grower financing model to ensure a proper loan creation and the establishment of effective loan recovery mechanisms, minimizing the company’s risk exposure.
What you will do – Key Responsibilities
- Implementing a cost-effective grower financing model to minimize credit risk.
- Compiling and providing data for banking facilities and local insurance cover renewal to maintain portfolio.
- Preparing and submitting data for annual and strategic plans to support business objectives.
- Assisting in executing and monitoring the end-to-end loan buildup process.
Who we are looking for – Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Accounting (Certifications in Accounting are a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
