ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration
Manage daily office operations,supplies, and facilities.
2. Financial Management
Handle bookkeeping and financial reporting
3. Accounts
Process invoices, payments, and oversee administration.
4. Front Office Management
Greet visitors, handle calls, emails, and office correspondence.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to financial policies and prepare reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in administration, accounting, or front office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software added advantage.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping best practices.
