At least 3 years of work experience in project data management, M&E, or analytics roles.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in at least one data tool: Salesforce, ODK/KoboToolbox, SQL, Power BI, Python, R, or Excel (advanced level).
Familiarity with carbon credit certification (Gold Standard, Verra, or similar) is a plus.
Experience working with large datasets, survey tools, and reporting systems.
Ability to interpret and communicate data findings clearly.
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on NGO, social enterprise, or climate projects.
Knowledge of GIS mapping tools.
Prior experience with carbon credit methodologies and environmental project monitoring.
Familiarity with automation tools for data processing and integration.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to fighting climate change and improving lives in Africa.
Work with cutting-edge IoT and data-driven carbon credit projects.
Gain international exposure and growth opportunities within a fast-scaling organization.
Competitive salary and benefits package.

Interested candidates should submit their CV and a cover letter outlining their experience with project data analysis and relevant technologies to: [email protected]
Deadline for applications: Friday, 21st March, 2025.
