1. PANEL SAW OPERATOR / CABINET MAKER ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the panel saw machine safely and accurately.
• Cut boards and panels to correct specifications and measurements.
• Assist in assembling modular furniture, cabinets, and fitted units.
• Interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Ensure all components are cut, labelled, and organized for assembly.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.

Added Advantage:

• Experience in basic joinery and cabinetry assembly.
• Ability to construct new kitchen models, built-in wardrobes, and support interior design woodworking.

2. CABINET MAKER / INTERIOR JOINER

• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements at client project locations.
• Build and install modern kitchens, built-in wardrobes, and wooden interior fixtures.
• Deliver detailed finishing and superior craftsmanship.
• Read and interpret design sketches and technical plans.
• Participate in space planning and design customization for clients.
• Lead installations to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with specifications.

Added Advantage:

• Proficiency in advanced wood finishing techniques such as sanding, edge-banding, varnishing, or spray painting.
• Creativity in modern interior woodworking and layout improvement.

General Requirements (For Both Positions):

• Must submit photos of completed projects (recent work).
• Must have traceable references.
• Work location: Balaka.
