Location: Lilongwe Golf Club, Lilongwe
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified and experienced person to fill the position of a Bartender at Lilongwe Golf Club.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serving different types of beverages including wines and cocktails
- Balancing stock sheets and reporting to the supervisor.
- Maintaining the bar cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Ordering bar stock, cleaning materials, stationery, and anything necessary for the smooth operation of the bar.
- Maintaining customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Taking orders from guests, serving drinks and food especially those sitting on the bar.
- Presenting bills to guests.
- Taking care of all bar equipments
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCES AND ATTRIBUTES DESIRED:
- Certificate in Hospitality management or related field from any institution recognized by NCHE.
- A full Malawi School Certificate of Education.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a busy bar set up
- Good customer care and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of various beverages.
