Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and beverages professionally and with attention to detail
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service delivery
• Support event service as needed for private functions and large gatherings

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Polite, presentable, and customer-service oriented
