Sales Manager – End User Computing (EUC)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our End User Computing (EUC) portfolio. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and working closely with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver value-driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales of EUC solutions including desktops, laptops, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), mobility solutions, collaboration tools, and related services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
• Lead client engagements and solution presentations in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and optimization of end-user devices across different platforms.
• Lead and mentor junior EUC engineers and support staff to elevate team capability and performance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, product updates, and new technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or similar role
• Strong understanding of EUC products, trends, and solution-based selling.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
