Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.

Locatiom: Malawi

Target Security, a fully integrated multidisciplinary security and facilities management company is recruiting Business Development Officers. The Business Development Officers will be responsible for enforcing all the company rules, policies, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities.

Duties and essential functions but not limited to;

• Identifying industries, geographic areas, and new markets in need of security services.

• Developing sales proposals.

• Identifying and targeting potential clients to secure new business.
• Liaising with the Finance Department in debt collection processes.

• Representing and promoting Target Security Group interests both internally and externally.

• Maintaining client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate.

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required.

• Must possess the Malawi School Certificate of Education.

• Diploma in a marketing or business-related field.
• Minimum five years work-related experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the security services industry.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP software.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with employee groups and building partnerships at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and results oriented.

Skills Required.

• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with clients.

• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately.

• Attention to detail.

• Computer skills is a MUST.

Other requirements.

• Must be not less than 25 years.

• Must be in possession of valid Drivers’ license issued by the Malawi government.

• Must be in possession of a National ID issued by the Malawi government.

Physical Requirements.
