Administration Supervisor, Sales Consultants & Learning and Development Officer
Southeastern Africa Consultants is excited to announce exceptional career opportunities for motivated and results-oriented professionals to join a leading organization in the financial services sector. We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for the following roles:
1. Position: Administration Supervisor
Reporting to: Head of Human Resources and Administration
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Welfare Fund Management: Oversee member registration, manage awareness campaigns, supervise claims processing, resolve queries, prevent fraudulent claims, and provide weekly/monthly reports.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Bursary Program: Develop and implement CSR policies, manage bursary programs, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
Infrastructure & Operations: Manage SACCO assets, fuel cards, office travels, contracts with service providers, rental payments, and security/cleaning contracts.
Operations: Oversee office stock, stationery requisitions, monthly stock liquidation, and executive benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.

2. Position: Learning and Development Officer
Reporting to: Head of Human Resources and Administration
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development Programs: Assess training needs, design and implement learning programs (workshops, e-learning, mentoring), and deliver training sessions.
Employee Development & Performance Enhancement: Support career development, succession planning, and leadership programs. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
Learning Strategies & Policy Implementation: Develop and update learning policies, research new training techniques, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with managers, employees, and external providers to identify learning needs and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Training Administration & Reporting: Maintain training records, prepare reports, and manage the training budget.
Awards and Recognition: Develop programs to reward learning achievements and coordinate certifications and incentives.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data entry and interpersonal skills.

3. Position: Sales Consultant (20 Positions)
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Recruitment: Supervise recruitment teams, set sales targets, generate leads, and oversee field sales activities.
Savings Mobilization: Promote individual, group, and fixed deposit savings products to enhance financial inclusion.
Loan Book Growth: Market loan products (personal, SME, corporate) and monitor sales targets.
Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the organization at local events.
Field Sales Monitoring: Provide field support, ensure transparency, and monitor sales representatives’ performance.
Reporting & Compliance: Track performance, generate reports, and ensure adherence to company policies and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
