Job Purpose:The Tied Sales Agent will be responsible for actively promoting and selling Vanguard Life Assurance products to potential clients. The role requires building strong client relationships, achieving set sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to sell life assurance products.
• Educate clients on different insurance policies and their benefits.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and offer after-sales support.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the sales team.

• Basic computer literacy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MSCE with a minimum Credit in English (Mandatory).
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related fields is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is beneficial but not required.

Contract Type:

• Agency Contract on a structured commission basis.
