About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team! As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading our HR department and development strategies to support our companies’ growth and success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy and planning; develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Leading recruitment and talent management efforts.
• Employee engagement and relations ; Foster positive employee relations, addressing grievances,  benefits and compensation, promoting employee engagement and retention
• Oversee training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage HR budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Mediating the employees and management with the Directors
• Compliance and Risk management; ensure labour laws, regulations and organizational policies.

 

Requirements:

• Should have strong problem –solving and analytical skills.
• 5-7 years of working experience in HR Management or related field.
• Industry recognized certification (e.g SHRM, HRCI)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banchelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
