1. Post: Director of Finance
Grade: E/ M2
Location: Various District Councils
Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Chief Accountant (Grade F/M3) with a minimum Of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities or Service Public
2. Post: Director of Economic Planning and Development
Grade: E/M2
Location: Various District Councils
Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Chief Planning and Development Officers or Chief Economists (Grade F/M3) or Chief Planning and Development Officers (Grade M3) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities or Public Service.
3. Post: Chief Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Grade: F/ M3
Location: Various District Councils
Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Principal Monitoring and Evaluation Officers or Principal Economists / Planning Officers (Grade M4) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities or Public Service.
4. Post: Chief Human Resource Management Officer

Applicants must be serving Senior Human Resource Management Officers (Grade H/M5) regardless of experience at that grade or Human Resources Management Officers or Human Resources Planning Officers or Human Resources Development Officers (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities.
9. Post: Principal Human Resource Development and Planning Officer

Applicants must be serving Human Resources Management Officers or Human Resources Planning Officers or Human Resource Development Officers (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities.
10. Post: Principal Accountant

12. Post: Principal Information Communication Technology Officer

Applicants must be serving Senior Systems Analysts, Senior Information Communication Technology Officers (Grade H/M5) regardless of experience at that grade or Systems Analysts or Information Communication Technology Officers (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities.
13. Post: Principal Internal Auditor
Grade: G/M4

Applicants must be in serving Senior Internal Auditor (Grade H/M5) regardless of experience at that Grade or Internal Auditor (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in Local Authorities.
14. Post: Principal Administrative Officer

Applicants must be serving Administrative Officers (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four
(4) years’ experience at that grade in Local Authorities.
15. Post: Principal Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Applicants must be serving Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (Grade H/M5) regardless of experience at that grade or Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in Local Authorities.
16. Post: Senior Human Resource Management Officer
Grade: H/M5
Location: Lilongwe District Council
Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Human Resource Management Officers, Human Resource Planning Officers, or Human Resource Development Officers (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in Local Authorities.
17. Post: Senior Planning Officer
Grade: H/M5
Location: Likoma District Council
Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Planning Officers, or Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (Grade I/M6) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in Local Authorities.
18. Post: Quantity Surveyor
Grade: H/M5
Location: Zomba District Council
Qualifications
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying obtained from accredited institutions.
19. Post: Roads Engineer
Grade: H/M5
Location: Various District Councils
Qualifications
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Highway Engineering obtained from accredited institutions and must be registered with Malawi Institute of Engineers.
20. Post: Accountant

Applicants must be serving Senior Assistant Accountant with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Local Authorities or in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or Financial Management

25. Post: Physical Planning Officer
Grade: I/M6
Location: Phalombe District Council
Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Senior Assistant Physical Planning Officer (Grade J/M7) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in Local Authorities or in possession of a Degree in Physical Planning, Land Administration, Land Economy, Land Management or Land Surveying and Real
Estates obtained from accredited institutions.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Admministration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Political Science or Business Studies obtained from accredited Institutions.
27. Post: Monitoring and Valuation Officer

29. Post: Chief Building Supervisor
Grade: I/M6
Location: Phalombe District Council
Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Building Supervisor (Grade K/M8) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in Local Authorities
30. Post: Assistant Valuation Officer
Grade: KM8

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Land Economy, Real Estate, Land Administration, Property Management obtained from accredited institutions.
31. Post: Building Supervisor
Grade: I/M8
Location: Blantyre and Neno District Councils
Qualifications
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or Construction
Site Management obtained from accredited institutions. or Foremanship Certificate Level 2 from National Construction Industry Council or Tevet Foremanship Certificate Level 3.
