Production Planner

A Production Planner to oversee and optimize farm production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure a consistent supply of produce.
• Coordinating planting, harvesting, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Analyzing market trends to align production with demand.
• Managing inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Collaborating with farm managers to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensuring compliance with agricultural best practices and regulations.

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Experience in farm production planning or agribusiness management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of farm management software and modern agricultural practices.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with different teams.
