📌 2. District Health Information System (DHIS-2) – System Designing & Deployment (DHIS-2522) | 21 February to 2nd March 2025
This course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of DHIS-2, covering its aggregate data model, organizational structures, and data management processes. Learners will gain hands-on skills in configuring organization units, designing datasets, and creating data entry forms to enhance data collection and reporting. The training also focuses on data quality assurance, validation, and indicator management, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting. Additionally, participants will explore DHIS-2 reporting, data visualization, and user management, equipping them to generate insights for informed decision-making.
📌 3. Qualitative Data Management & Reporting using NVIVO & Atlas (DATM-2523) | 21 Feb – 2 March 2025
This course equips participants with essential qualitative research skills, covering study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Learners will explore various qualitative research approaches and methodologies, gaining hands-on experience in conducting interviews, focus groups, and observations. The training also focuses on qualitative data analysis techniques, including coding, thematic analysis, and triangulation. Additionally, participants will learn to use NVIVO for qualitative data management and visualization, enhancing their ability to interpret and present research findings effectively.
📌 4. Integrated Project Management & M&E Fundamentals (IPME-2524) | 28 February – 9 March 2025
This course provides participants with comprehensive project management skills, covering project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Learners will gain insights into key project management methodologies, develop detailed implementation plans, and apply tools such as RACI charts, risk registers, and sustainability strategies. The training also focuses on effective project execution, including resource, budget, and risk management, while integrating monitoring and evaluation (M&E) techniques for performance tracking.
