ROLE TITLE : ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR (1)
Reporting to : Quantity Surveyor
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a well-recognized institution
- Those with Diploma must have a minimum of 5-years or relevant work respectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be a team player.
- Must possess analytical and reporting skills
- Time management skillsDetail orientated.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the quantity Surveyor analysing construction drawings and bill of quantities and prepare resources required to execute work at each level.
- Purchasing bid documents for all bidding works
- Compile and submit tender documents.
- Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender.
- Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre-Tender and post contract matters.
- Managing and filing all documentation related to projects under implementation
- Managing all fees related to construction company at the expiry dates
