As a company committed to innovation and excellence, we are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our dynamic team and gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Job Summary:As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to assist in expanding our customer base, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing strategies, and customer engagement within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads through research, cold calls, and customer outreach.
- Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s system.
- Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring they receive excellent service.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and gather insights on customer preferences.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and other sales events.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the sales team for performance evaluation and strategy improvement.
Key Learning Opportunities:
- Gain hands-on experience in the sales process from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (students or recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
