Job Summary:As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to assist in expanding our customer base, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing strategies, and customer engagement within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating and qualifying leads through research, cold calls, and customer outreach.
  • Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s system.
  • Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring they receive excellent service.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and gather insights on customer preferences.
  • Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and other sales events.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the sales team for performance evaluation and strategy improvement.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (students or recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
