Position: Sales Assistant (Full Time)

Location: Grand Business Park, Area 46, Lilongwe

Skilled in sales and marketing? The-Dstrict Sports Arena needs a persuasive Sales Assistant to promote our pitch, academy, and services. If you excel at convincing, payments, and engagement, join us!

Responsibilities:

• Convince schools, companies, and social groups to use our football pitch.
• Promote and market The-Dstrict Sports Academy and its programs to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools, businesses, and organizations.
• Manage and schedule bookings, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Handle payment transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for the sports arena and academy.
• Represent The-Dstrict Sports Arena at promotional events, meetings, and community

Qualifications

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a role requiring persuasion, such as insurance fund sales or direct customer engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with booking and financial management systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Added Advantage

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or ICT.
