OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a hospitality and business management expert to oversee operations and management of our logding facilities across Blantyre.

Responsibilities

• Guest satisfaction: Ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience and are taken care of
• Facility management: Maintaining the facility’s quality, supplies, and maintenance
• Staff management: Leading and guiding the staff to achieve the facility’s goals.
• Planning and coordination: Planning, directing, or coordinating activities to ensure the facility is efficient and profitable

Skills & Qualifications

• Planning, problem solving and coordination skills.
• Customer service management experience.
• At least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Hospitality.
