The Training Center Sales Representative will be actively involved in promoting and selling the training programs offered by the Sparc Systems Limited Training Center – the leading provider of professional training programs designed to empower individuals and organizations with the skills needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business and technological environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to sell training programs to individuals, corporate clients and educational institutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored training solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide clients with detailed information and guidance on the selection of the most suitable training options.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Participate in promotional events, workshops and industry conferences to showcase our training offerings.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales in the education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with learning and development trends is a plus.
