RECEPTIONIST
Partners In Hope is seeking a professional and highly capable Receptionist to serve at the PIH main reception. The receptionist will be responsible for handling visitors, clients/patients, taking medical bookings, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments, mail distribution, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical and administrative duties.
Desired skills and experience:
 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel
 Previous receptionist experience will be highly regarded
 Well developed communication skills required
 Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones
 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
 Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours
 Must possess a desire to provide the best quality of service
 An excellent telephone manner is essential
 Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
