HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
A Senior Management position reporting to the General Manager; The HR Manager shall oversee all staffing issues & enforce company policies & practices.

DUTIES
- Review, amend and execute the company’s HR strategy.
- Conduct business environment research & analyse various HR trends to ensure current & relevant practices & compensation programs.
- Conduct skills gap analysis & develop recruitment & succession plans.
- Manage recruitment & orientation.
- Create learning & development programs for internal development for staff.
- Review & ensure performance management practices are fully integrated & implemented.
- Manage Pension & benefits administration.
- Database review, management & data analysis.
- Oversee staff coaching & conflict management.
- Oversee investigations, disciplinary meetings & terminations.
- Review, amend & implement company policies.
- Review & implement work place safety & health policy & oversee its compliance.
- Advise managers and staff on employment law and company policies.
- Provide payroll data for processing.
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate with a Degree in Human Resource Management
- Min. 5+ years in manufacturing industry experience
- Strong Computer, Communication. organisational & interpersonal relations skills.
- Strong & current knowledge of corporate governance, labour & pension law, regulatory changes, HR technologies & best practices.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism & confidentiality
