Job description: Purchase Clerk

Duties

  1. Compile request for materials
  2. Prepare purchase orders
  3. Keep track of purchase and supplies
  4. Handle inquiries about orders
  5. Monitor inventory

Qualification/Experience/Attributes

  1. Diploma in procurement or its equivalent
  2. At least 3 years in similar role.
  3. Attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
